In the new facility, each input is weighed and dosed automatically to the exact formulation, blended by machine, and bagged on an automated line, with trained operators supervising every run. The quantity that goes into a blend is decided by the specification, not by the hand of whoever is on shift.
For buyers, the significance is consistency. A 27:4:14 blend produced in March and the same blend produced in November are dosed by the same machine to the same specification. Combined with batch testing in AgriOne’s in-house quality control laboratory, automation closes the gap where formulation errors traditionally enter fertilizer production: manual measurement.
Every batch produced at the plant remains traceable to its production run, raw material lot, and test record, and a Certificate of Analysis is included with every order.
